How to Use: Adults and children over the age of 12: 1 tablespoon (15 ml), 2-4 times a day as needed. Children ages 6-12: 1 teaspoon (5 ml), 2-4 times a day as needed. Children under 1-6: 1 teaspoon (5 ml), 1-2 times a day as needed
