What is the process to cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, simply navigate to the Your Orders section and select the order you wish to cancel. 

You may cancel individual items or the entire order if the option is available. However, if the option to cancel is not available, it may be too late to cancel the order. Please note that we work quickly to pick and pack your order, which leaves a very limited window for cancellations. If cancellation is no longer an option, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for further instructions on returning the order to us.
