I missed my delivery, what can I do?

If you missed your delivery, don’t worry - you can easily reschedule or collect your package depending on the courier. Check your tracking link or delivery note for details.

Can I order to a different delivery address?

Yes, you can ship your order to a different address by selecting or adding a new delivery address at checkout. Perfect for gifts or delivery to work or friends.

I can’t track my package, what should I do?
First, check the tracking number for typos. If it’s correct, wait 24-48 hours for the carrier’s system to update. If you still can't track it, contact our customer support team with your order number.
What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

If your order arrived incomplete, first check your shipping confirmation emails and the 'My Orders' page to see if it’s arriving in separate packages. If the item is still missing after delivery, contact us within 30 days for help.
