Received the Wrong Item or Order? Here's What to Do
Hey, so... looks like you got the wrong item? Ugh, that’s annoying, right? Sorry about that, seriously. We try to catch everything before sending, but, well, sometimes it just slips through. Stuff happens, you know?
Anyway, here’s what you wanna do: jump into Your Account and message our Customer Service. When you do, just have a few things ready:
- Your order number (makes things way easier)
- A quick note or, even better, a photo of what you actually got (the wrong thing)
- What you were supposed to get instead
- And the email you used when ordering
We usually reply pretty quickly - within a day or two tops. While you wait, just hang on to the wrong item for now until we tell you what to do next. Don’t stress, we’ll make sure you get the right thing, and you won’t have to pay a thing extra.
