Order
To do order (purchase) in our store isn't difficult. In order to find the right product and put it in the basket is not necessary to register. Registration is required, when you finally checkout, choosing payment and delivery method. We only accept orders through our website. We do not accept orders by e-mail, phone or fax.
When you make the order, our system will notify you by e-mail about all stages of the order, as well as tell you where and how much to transfer money to pay for the order.
Product Search
First of all you need to find the product you want to buy. The search box is in the upper part each page. You can also use the advanced search, or browse through directories. Finding the right product in the list of products, go to the page with this product by clicking on its title. You can evaluate how it suits you using the information provided with the item (image, data of the manufacturer, abstract, content, etc.), as well as information posted by visitors (evaluation, opinions). Adding to cart

Working with a cart, ordering

Registration

a) "entered the sales department" - the order is accepted for processing. Each order passes this stage.
b) "accepted for execution" - the order has been viewed by the operator, checked and approved to work. If there is no current order status, which means that the operator considered that any data of your order may contain an error. In this case, you should get an e-mail to clarify some data. In this letter you will see detailed instructions on what to do.
c) "order bundling" - products of the order booked in stock and / or ordered from the suppliers.
d) "payment received" - payments made by you (there may be several) came to our bank account and entered into the database.
e) "order shipped fully or partially" - the order passed by mail or courier. What goods shipped in this order, you can see in the email that will be sent at the same time when the order gets this status.
f) "change order" - such an order can be changed, it can be combined with other orders (with identical parameters), send the ready goods before others and remove part of the goods from the order.
g) "order requires your attention" - in order present products that can not be sent at this moment. You need to go in order, and to give an indication on its further processing.
2. Notice the confirmation letter that we send immediately after you confirm your order. In this letter after each ordered product is an indication of the approximate date of sending of the goods.
