I can’t track my package, what should I do?

When you're just waiting for your order and the tracking link isn't working. Don't worry, this happens more often than you'd think. Before you panic, try these things:

  • First, double-check that tracking number. It’s easy to mix up a letter and a number, or just miss a character. Go back to your confirmation email and copy-paste it one more time just to be sure. You can also use our track your order page.
  • Give it a little time. Sometimes the carrier's system is just slow. They might not have scanned the package in yet, or the update might be delayed. It can take a day or two, up to 48 hours sometimes, for the tracking info to actually show up after you get the email.
  • Try the carrier's website directly. If the link we sent you isn't working, just copy the tracking number and paste it right onto the carrier’s site (like UPS, FedEx, or whoever). Sometimes their page is more reliable.
  • If all else fails, get in touch with us. If you've tried all of that and it's still not working after a couple of days, just shoot us an email or give us a call. Make sure you have your order number handy, that’s the most important thing for us to look it up for you. We'll figure out what's going on and help you track it down.
