I have received a damaged item. What should I do?
Oh no, you got a damaged item? That’s really frustrating, I get it. We try super hard to pack everything well, but sometimes, well, the shipping folks can be rough and stuff gets damaged.
Before you throw it away or anything, could you please take some good photos? Like, pictures of the damage itself and also the box or how it was packed. That helps us a lot.
After that, just shoot us a message through the contact form - make sure to include your order number and the photos you took.
We usually reply within a day or two, sometimes quicker, with what to do next. Depending on the situation, we might send you a new one, or refund you, or maybe give you store credit.
And hey, we’re always trying to make our packaging better so this kind of thing happens less often.
