How do I check the status of my order?
Once you have placed an order on FeelBe, you may wonder how to check its status.
Here are a few simple steps to help you keep track of your order:
1. Log in to your account: Go to "My Account" and sign in to your account with your email address and password.
2. Check the order history: Once you're logged in, you'll be able to view your order history. You can see the status of each order you've placed, including whether it has been shipped or is still processing.
3. Look for email updates: You'll receive email updates from us regarding your order. When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. If your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
If you have not received an order confirmation email, we recommend that you:
* Make sure the email address you entered when placing your order is correct
* Check the Spam folder for your email account. If the order confirmation email is not in this folder, please contact our Customer Service team by clicking on Contact Us at the bottom of the page
