How do I check the status of my order or track my shipment on FeelBe?

Hey! Want to check on your order? Here’s how you can do it:

• Head over to our Order Tracking page, type in your order details, and boom - you’ll see where your stuff is.
• If you’ve got an account with us, log in and peek at your Order History. Should all be there, nice and neat.
• Also - keep an eye on your email. We send you updates when we confirm your order and when we ship it. Tracking number should be in there too.

Didn’t get the email?

Couple things you can try:

• Double-check if your email’s typed right. Happens to the best of us.
• Check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes emails just love hiding there for no good reason.
• Still nothing? No worries - just drop us a message with your name + when you placed the order and we’ll help figure it out.
