What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

If your order showed up and something’s missing, don’t worry - before reaching out to us, here’s a quick checklist to go through first:

  • Take a peek at your email inbox (and maybe the spam folder too) for any shipping updates.
  • Also, if you’ve got an account with us, log in and head over to ‘My Orders’ - you’ll be able to see what’s been shipped and what might still be on the way.
  • Oh, and if you made a few different orders around the same time, they sometimes get bundled together or sent out separately. Best to check the tracking numbers to see what’s what.

Still missing something after all that? No problem - just drop us a message here within 30 days of receiving your delivery. We’ll help sort it out, whether that means sending you the missing item or sorting a refund if that’s easier.
