I have a payment problem with my order, what should I do?

Missed your delivery? Don’t stress - honestly, happens to the best of us. Here’s the deal:

Most of the time, they’ll just try again the next working day. If not, you’ll likely find one of those little cards with details on where your parcel’s hanging out and how to get it. Easy.

Take a quick look at your tracking link or emails - they’ll normally tell you where your parcel’s waiting (maybe at the local post office or a pickup point nearby).

Got a delivery card? Just follow the instructions on it to set up redelivery or collect the parcel when it suits you.
