What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

If your order arrived incomplete, first check your shipping confirmation emails and the 'My Orders' page to see if it’s arriving in separate packages. If the item is still missing after delivery, contact us within 30 days for help.

How long do orders take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You'll see estimated delivery dates before you complete your order.

Where is my order?

You can track your order in the "My Orders" section of your account. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email or SMS.

I can’t track my package, what should I do?
First, check the tracking number for typos. If it’s correct, wait 24-48 hours for the carrier’s system to update. If you still can't track it, contact our customer support team with your order number.
Why has my order been returned?

Orders may be returned to us if the courier was unable to deliver it. Please check below for the most common reasons and next steps.
