Where is my order?

Hey, so - waiting on your order? Let’s figure this out together:

  • First thing - if you’ve got an account, head over there, hit ‘My Orders’, find the one you’re after, and boom - tracking details should be right there.
  • No account or just easier? You can also go to the Track Your Order page. Got a tracking number? Pop it in, and it’ll show you where your package’s wandered off to.
  • Usually, once we ship your stuff, we send you an email (or maybe a text) with a tracking link or number. If you don’t see it - totally possible it slipped into spam or promotions. Happens to the best of us.
  • Oh - and if you ordered a bunch of stuff, it might show up in a few different packages. Each one’s got its own tracking number, so don’t freak out if only part of your order shows first.

Still nothing? Honestly, just drop our Customer service team a message - they’re actual humans and can help untangle whatever’s going on.
