Why has my order been returned?
Hey there! Just a quick heads-up - sometimes orders make their way back to us if the courier couldn’t complete the delivery. It happens, and usually for a few common reasons:
- The shipping address was incomplete or had a mistake
- Nobody was around to accept the package
- Someone at the address refused to take it
- The parcel sat at the pickup point too long and got sent back
- For international orders - sometimes customs steps in and causes issues
If that happens, we’ll usually shoot you an email letting you know. Depending on the shipping method you picked (and our policy), we might go ahead and refund your order automatically, or we might offer to send it again - it depends on the situation.
