I missed my delivery, what can I do?
I wasn’t home when they tried to deliver - what now?
Hey, no worries — this happens to all of us. Here’s what usually works:
- Most couriers will just try again the next working day. Sometimes they leave one of those little cards with info on where to grab your package.
- Check your email or the tracking link you got - often, it’ll say exactly where your parcel is hanging out (maybe your local post office or pickup point).
- If you got a card, just follow what it says. Usually it’s pretty straightforward to set a new delivery time or pick it up when it works for you.

One thing to keep in mind: if the parcel sits too long without being picked up or rearranged, it usually comes back to us. If that happens, we’ll either refund you or arrange to send it again - whatever works best for you.
