How to Use
Apply the mineral-rich Black Mud to the surface of the body. Leave for 15-30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. For the treatment of aching joints, heat the packet of Black Mud in a pan of hot water or in the microwave for 2 minutes on a medium setting (pierce packet before heating). Make sure the Mud is not to hut before spreading on the affected area. For external use only. Not for facial treatment.
