2-in-1 oil-free cleansing gel and facial toner for oily, blemish-prone skin The Gel & Tonic Cleanser is an oil-free, clarifying cleansing gel and balancing facial toner combined in one and is perfect for combination skin, oily skin, and for blemish-prone skin.

How to Use: In the morning and evening, work into a lather with some water in the palm of your hands. Apply the foam to dry skin on the face, neck, and décolleté. Avoid the area around the eyes. Moisten fingertips with cool water and work the cleanser into a lather in circular motions. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
