How to Use: Dispense a small amount and warm the cream in a small circular motion at the tip of your fingers. Gently dab the cream onto your under-eye bags. Fan the area for 2 minutes until fully absorbed. Apply the cream before putting on makeup. We recommend using oil-free makeup after application.
