At what age should I start using neck cream?
Honestly, the earlier you start paying a bit of attention to your neck and décolleté, the better off you’ll be. Around your mid-20s—let’s say 25 or so—your collagen starts to quietly dip, and before you know it, those little lines and sagging spots start popping up. So yeah, it’s a pretty good idea to get into the habit of using something hydrating and protective, like SPF or a lightweight serum, even if it feels like extra effort at first.
Now, if you’ve already noticed a few lines or maybe some sun spots creeping in, don’t worry! You can still do plenty to help things out. Swapping in a nice firming or restorative neck cream, especially ones with peptides, retinol, or antioxidants, can really make a difference over time. And seriously, don’t think it’s too late—you can start caring for this area at any age, really.
